This website is provided to help you learn about our services, browse our materials catalogue, and submit enquiries, quote requests and project or professional-matching requests. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a form.
Prices are not published on this site, as cost depends on quantity, location, delivery timing and material availability. Any figure given in a quote is an estimate based on the information provided at the time and is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing (such as a signed order or invoice). Material availability and pricing can change before an order is confirmed.
Order timelines, delivery windows and logistics arrangements are confirmed directly with you once a request is accepted. We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but delivery dates can be affected by factors outside our control, including supplier availability, customs, weather and site access.
Our "Find a Professional" service helps connect clients with independent professionals and companies in our network. Busakel reviews requests and applications and facilitates introductions, but independent professionals listed or matched through this service are not Busakel employees, and any agreement for their services is between you and that professional or company directly. Joining our network as a professional does not guarantee project matches, and submitting a project request does not guarantee a match with a professional.
This is separate from our in-house Technical Team, whose members are Busakel's own staff and are booked directly through the Technical Team page.
When you upload files (such as drawings, photos, a CV or portfolio links) or submit project details, you confirm you have the right to share that content with us and grant us permission to use it solely to process your request and deliver the related service.
To the extent permitted by law, Busakel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Busakel Experience or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as necessary to use the site as intended.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your own country of residence.
